About the Role
We are looking for a driven and curious Recruitment Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle,vfrom sourcing and hiring talent to supporting engagement, development, and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)

+ Post job ads across various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, university channels)

+ Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

+ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications

+ Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

+ Support employer branding initiatives (career pages, campus outreach, social content)
