Recruitment Lead

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Lead supports the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while assisting in managing recruitment strategies and client or hiring manager relationships. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely hiring, maintaining talent pipelines, and contributing to overall talent acquisition goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles (from job posting to offer stage).
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and negotiate job offers in alignment with company policies.
