JOB PURPOSE

Primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process of the company and meticulously handling the creation, recording, and secure maintenance of all new employee records.

• Employee File Maintenance
• HR Information System Management

III. Personnel Management

• Guide and lead recruitment assistants in hiring for entry-level positions.
