Overview
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and managing Philippines-based recruiters supporting U.S.-based contingent labor staffing operations. Reporting to the U.S. AVP of Recruiting, this role ensures daily performance, quality, and productivity across the recruiting team. The Recruiting Manager drives recruiting processes, monitors KPIs, provides coaching, and maintains strong communication with U.S. leadership to ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing team of recruiters to meet performance targets while following established U.S. staffing processes.
