Recruitment Manager

A Recruitment Manager oversees the entire talent acquisition process, from developing hiring strategies and sourcing candidates to interviewing, negotiating offers, and ensuring new hires integrate well, all while managing a recruitment team, collaborating with department heads, tracking metrics, and ensuring legal compliance, with a focus on finding the right talent for the company's needs.
