Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, design recruitment processes, and create job descriptions.
Sourcing & Attraction: Post ads, use social media, attend career fairs, build candidate pipelines, and work with agencies to find qualified candidates.
