Responsibilities
Establish and grow the IT contracting desk and division
Lead a full 360° recruitment and client engagement model
Build and manage client relationships, driving new business and delivery
Oversee contractor lifecycle, compliance, and workforce management
Mentor and manage team members as the division scales

10–15 years' experience within IT contracting / staffing / workforce solutions
