Recruitment Manager

About the Role
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for HQ, outlets, and operational roles (local & foreign workforce). Partner closely with Operations, Brand Heads, and HODs to understand manpower needs, timelines, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job portals, agencies, referrals, walk-ins, career events).
Oversee recruitment agencies, including foreign worker agencies, ensuring compliance, cost control, and service quality.
Coordinate foreign worker hiring, permit applications, renewals, and relevant documentation in compliance with labour regulations.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Ensure smooth onboarding experience in collaboration with HR Operations and relevant departments.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, vacancy aging, quality of hire).
