Role Purpose

Driving the identification, recruitment, and selection of Malaysia's most promising future leaders across diverse academic and professional backgrounds to join the Teach For Malaysia Fellowship and other leadership development programmes, ensuring progress towards the goal of 2,200 Fellows by 2030.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Lead the execution of campus and off-campus recruitment strategies to meet annual Fellowship intake goals.
2. Manage and coach a team of recruiters, ensuring strong performance, alignment to goals, and a collaborative team culture.
3. Cultivate and maintain partnerships with universities, student organisations, and external stakeholders to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
