Job Role: NAPS Recruitment Manager/Asst Manager
Position Overview
Responsible for driving end-to-end hiring and enrolment under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). The role ensures timely sourcing, mobilization, documentation, and onboarding of apprentices in alignment with client requirements and statutory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Mobilization
Identify and mobilize candidates for apprenticeship programs through various channels (campuses, ITIs, social media, local mobilizers, references).
Build a continuous pipeline of candidates for multiple locations and trades.
Conduct pre-screening and ensure candidate fitment based on client needs.
Understand client manpower requirements (trade-wise, location-wise).
