About the Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead high-volume hiring for our retail operations across Visayas and Mindanao . This role is execution-focused and best suited for someone with strong familiarity with the local market and on-the-ground recruitment strategies.

What You'll Do

• Lead the volume recruitment for retail and operational roles across Visayas and Mindanao (VizMin), using both digital and on-ground sourcing channels
• Partner closely with store leaders, business stakeholders, and HR teams to meet manpower requirements, build talent pipelines, and deliver hiring targets
• Drive recruitment efficiency and compliance through timely reporting, adherence to labor and data privacy standards, and participation in regional hiring and employer branding activities
