Job Description
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
-3–5 years recruitment/talent acquisition experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role preferred
-Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and onboarding
-Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
-Can start ASAP
Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment for all levels (entry to leadership)
-Develop and execute sourcing strategies (job portals, referrals, agencies, social media, campus hiring)
-Conduct or oversee interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations
-Coordinate job offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding
-Maintain recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
-Lead and coach recruitment staff; liaise with department heads on hiring needs
