                    Job Description Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and drive high-volume (bulk) hiring initiatives across multiple locations in India. The role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, and building scalable hiring processes to support rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Bulk Hiring & Delivery
Lead end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across multiple locations (plant sites, client locations, and project sites)
Manage mass hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus hiring initiatives
Ensure timely closure of positions with defined TAT and quality benchmarks
Build strong pipelines for blue-collar, grey-collar, and junior white-collar roles
2. Stakeholder Management
Partner with business leaders, plant heads, and HR teams to understand manpower requirements
