The Recruitment Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting Egon Zehnder’s internal operations across North America. This position is ideal for a seasoned recruitment professional with a strong background in recruitment/headhunting or management consulting (ideally executive search), stakeholder management, and process optimization. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and service-driven environment.
