MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The primary responsibility of Sprout's Recruitment Manager is to manage end-to-end sourcing and recruitment processes for Sprout's hiring needs, employer branding, as well as successful onboarding of Sprout's new hires.

TASKS:

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and new hire onboarding procedures
• Maximize online and offline outbound recruitment activities for tapping into targeted pools of the best fit candidates
• Own and implement Sprout's Employer Branding initiatives, projects and programs
