Recruitment & Marketing Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment & Marketing Intern (graduate or entry-level) to support recruitment operations and digital content activities. This is a hands-on execution role suited to someone who enjoys working across recruitment coordination, content creation, and marketing support, and who is comfortable managing multiple workstreams with clear priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Coordination
Draft clear and well-structured job descriptions based on the provided requirements
Post roles on relevant job boards (LinkedIn) and professional platforms
Review and pre-screen CVs against role requirements
Conduct initial candidate screening calls
Shortlist candidates and prepare candidate profiles for submission
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
Maintain recruitment trackers and pipeline status updates
Support offer coordination and onboarding administration
