Posting advertisements on the website.
Searching for candidates who match the qualifications from the website and the company’s database.
Conducting brief phone interviews with candidates. 
Maintaining and updating the database and searching for new sources for candidates.
Supporting team manager by making appointments with candidates and department for interviews.
Arranging interview appointments, conducting skill tests, and submitting selected resumes for consideration.
Providing details of job vacancies to candidates.
Keying candidates’ profiles into the company’s database.
