Recruitment Officer

• $80 k- $85K + Super and Benefits based at Brookvale parking close by
• Experienced recruiter, strong communication skills, attention to detail
• Flexible start and finish times, 5 days in the office Mon to Friday.

The role:
* Posting job advertisements across multiple platforms and managing responses
* Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles
* Booking and conducting interviews and ensuring the candidate process is smooth and seamless
* Working across high-volume end-to-end internal recruitment (ads, screening, interviews, offers)
* Building talent pipelines and maintaining accurate records
* Assist with on boarding, contracts, and employee life cycle tasks
* Contributing to process improvement and workforce planning
