Recruitment Officer

We’re looking for an experienced Casual Recruiter, to join our team based in Edwardstown, supporting high-volume blue-collar recruitment across a dynamic operational environment.

This is an in-office role 4-5 days per week, with flexible hours available for the right candidate. Suited to someone who thrives on pace, enjoys building strong relationships and who loves talking to people.

About the role

You’ll manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers across the country to understand workforce needs, shape sourcing strategies, advertise roles, engage and assess candidates, complete pre‑employment checks, negotiate offers, and finalise placements. You’ll also collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure we consistently deliver reliable, job‑ready candidates.
