• Finding and attracting qualified applicants for open positions.
• Reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates.
• Identifying future hiring needs.
• Designing job descriptions.
• Sourcing candidates through databases and social media.
• Conducting interviews and filling out hiring paperwork.
• Keeping abreast of employment law and legislation.
• Monitor new and existing employees and act as their advocate.
• All clients account will be in charge
• willing to travel anywhere
