Recruitment Officer

Job Mandate :
Responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates in accordance with the Bank's hiring and placement policy. The position also takes charge of the preparation of manpower status reports and active participation in other recruitment activities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops, executes various sourcing strategies for the assigned accounts and covered locations
Conducts HR interview and administers applicable HR exams to candidates.
Prepares and endorses passed applications for management's approval.
Discusses the pre-employment requirements and schedules applicants for medical exam.
Monitors the medical exam and credit checking results of all applicants in process.
Conducts reference checking with applicants' previous employers.
Endorses processed applications to Due Diligence Group for confirmation of employment.
Endorses applications to requisitioning units for evaluation.
