Role Description

• The Recruiter will focus on identifying and acquiring top talent to meet the organizational needs of Tea Garden.
• Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the recruitment process, and collaborating with hiring managers to define job roles and requirements.
• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, requiring close coordination with various departments to fulfill staffing needs effectively.
