Job Description
Screen candidates and conduct interviews.
Coordinate and send interview, orientation, and training schedules.
Collect, review, and validate pre-employment requirements.
Manage HRIS efficiently.
Conduct background checks on applicants.
Assist in orientations and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
Update and maintain endorsement sheets, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies.
Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager.
Source and manage applicant leads through various recruitment channels.
Organize and encode applicant data in the HR database.
Post and share job vacancies on social media and job boards.
Respond to basic applicant inquiries and encourage application completion.
