Job Description

• Source, screen, and hire qualified deck officers, engineers, and ratings.
• Verify compliance with STCW, MLC, and flag state requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date crew databases and seafarer documents (e.g., CoC, Medicals, Visas)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in: Human Resource Management & Business Administration
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR; Preferably in a shipping, marine, oil & gas, or logistics environment.
• Experience handling seafarer recruitment or working with manning agencies is a strong advantage.
