Recruitment Officer

Job Overview:The Recruitment Officer is responsible for strengthening and expanding the company's talent pool to support business growth. This role actively engages in recruitment-related activities, including sourcing, campus outreach, and employer branding initiatives, to attract and secure quality candidates within targeted timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure hiring within timeline
• Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, schools, job fairs, etc.)
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews (including presentations when required), and recommend suitable candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with schools or external partners for recruitment activities (including overseas events when required)
• Maintain recruitment databases / ATS and prepare hiring reports
• Assist in onboarding and other HR-related tasks as assigned
