Recruitment Officer Norway

**OSM Thome**is experiencing growth, and we want to strengthen our team in one of our Norway locations, Arendal or Bergen, with a Recruitment Officer.
**About the Position**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Advertise vacancies appropriately on company website and social media
- Check crew documents and certification and highlight training needs before the mobilisation
- Assist with other tasks as directed to ensure the operations run smoothly
**Education**:
- High School or equivalent education and/or documented experience from equivalent employment within the shipping industry
**Skills and personal qualities**:
- Previous experience in recruitment
- Experience working in the shipping industry
- Norwegian/Scandinavian and English proficiency, verbal and written
- Excellent customer service
- Good planning and organisation
- Great communication and time management
- Ability to adapt to change and flexibility
