Job Description
- Receives and reviews manpower requests, calibrates job requirements and recruitment terms with leaders to align expectations, determines the appropriate assessment and selection process, and conducts manpower needs assessment to ensure proper control of manpower headcount.
- Implements talent attraction and sourcing programs and activities to attract, engage, and maintain a diverse, highly qualified set of candidate pipelines to meet the hiring demands.
- Leverages internet sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates to build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Conducts initial resume screening to identify candidates who meet the job's functional and technical requirements, facilitates assessments to determine suitability, and endorses qualified candidates to the requesting officer for the interview phase.
