RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Job Description:

• Screen candidates and conduct interviews
• Coordinate and send interview, orientation, and training schedules
• Collect, review, and validate pre-employment requirements
• Manage HRIS efficiently
• Conduct background checks on applicants
• Assist in orientations and support candidates throughout the onboarding process
• Update and maintain endorsement sheets, trackers, and recruitment reports
• Provide sound advice on developing new recruitment strategies
• Continuous training to eventually become an HR Manager
• Source and manage applicant leads through various recruitment channels
• Organize and encode applicant data in the HR database
