Recruitment Officer

The recruitment officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with hiring policies and procedures, and providing exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, AB Sociology, BS Social Work, or Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment principles.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Preferably with experience in a similar role but not required.
