Responsibilities:

• Screening and selection of qualified crew
• Source and select competent, suitable and qualified crew.
• Conducts initial screening of applicant's documents per entry standard, including online applications.
• Checking the authenticity and completeness of applicant's documents.
• Responsible for contacting crew sourced from different marketing sites and record data for future reference.
• Responsible for the background checking of applicants.

• Responsible for safekeeping of applicant's submitted documents when required.
• Ensure complete documentation prior to proposal to crewing offices.
• Ensures to document the result of interview of each applicant.
• Maintains and ensure proper regular recording of applicants for statistics required for the department's key performance.
