Recruitment Officer

The Recruitment Officer 1 shall directly report to Recruitment Officers 2 and consequently to the Recruitment Manager

Takes charge in works within the Recruitment Center; Ensures that quality policies and procedures are implemented and followed within the Recruitment Center.

Updates the Recruitment Officer 2 and Recruitment Manager on crewing development that might affect quality of the company's operations.

Sources crew as practicable to ensure crew requirements for the assigned Principal/vessels are met. The crew that is initially sourced by the Recruitment Officer 1 shall then be endorsed to the Recruitment Officer 2 for the necessary interview and assessment for their final suitability to the prospective vessels they will be assigned and selected.

Helps in sourcing applicants for urgent crew requirements.

Assists in developing and maintaining applicant's pool and database.
