Job Summary:
The Recruitment Officer is the key person responsible for the recruitment, retention, and welfare of construction workers across all projects. This role ensures that manpower requirements are effectively met while maintaining the well-being and acceptable living conditions of workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the recruitment and selection of skilled construction workers to meet project manpower needs.
• Manage worker needs, including temporary facilities, transportation, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Retain reliable and skilled workers by ensuring proper welfare support and acceptable living standards.
• Work proactively with the Project Manager and Project-In-Charge to forecast manpower requirements and maintain an effective workforce through a weekly worker allocation report.
