Recruitment Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified seafarers across ranks and vessel types
• Conduct interviews and propose to principals
• Coordinate with operations head and crewing officers for deployment schedules
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and company standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in maritime recruitment or crewing operations
• Preferably a junior officer onboard international route vessel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with STCW, MLC, and other maritime regulations
• Proficient in MS Office
• Detail-oriented and ready to thrive in a fast-paced maritime environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
