The Recruitment Staff is responsible for performing end-to-end sourcing and screening of candidates. They develop and maintain effective sourcing channels to ensure a sufficient pool of active and passive candidates is available within the agreed service level standards. The Recruitment Staff also ensures that all candidate prerequisites are met prior to deployment. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining a harmonious working relationship with client counterparts.

Qualifications/Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
• Knowledgeable in conducting interviews, screening resumes, and handling recruitment-related tasks is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork and to coordinate with PESO.
