Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Officer to support their hiring and talent growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all positions across the organization.
  
• Develop job descriptions and hiring criteria with the Hiring Managers.
  
• Source candidates through job portals, social media and networking channels.
  
• Conduct screening interviews, assessments and candidate evaluations.
  
• Provide insights on recruitment best practices, hiring trends and talent market conditions.
  
• Support hiring events such as career talks and outreach engagements.
  
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, follow-ups, feedback coordination and reference checks.
