What You’ll Be Doing

• Candidate sourcing and talent pooling
• Pre-screening and candidate engagement
• CV preparation and formatting
• Reference checks and recruitment administration
• Lead generation and general recruitment support

What We’re Looking For

• Experience recruiting within Mining, Oil & Gas, Construction, or Renewable Energy (strongly preferred)
• Proven exposure to the Australian recruitment market (strongly preferred)
