Recruitment partner (senior) - quality and compliance (remote)

This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients.
This fully remote position strengthens operational rhythm and client responsiveness across retained and contingent assignments, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation signals, and competitor mapping
Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping
