Job Summary:
The RPO Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end recruitment services delivered to client organizations through a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) model. This role manages client relationships, recruitment teams, service delivery, performance metrics, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality, scalable, and cost-effective hiring outcomes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in the RPO industry
Demonstrated leadership experience managing recruitment teams
Proven client management experience with strong stakeholder engagement
Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment operations
Excellent strategic, communication, and leadership capabilities
Responsibilities:
