We're hiring a Creative & Digital Recruitment Resourcer to support a UK-based Senior Consultant on a busy, high-performing desk, sourcing talent for permanent and contract roles across the UK and Europe.
Recruitment Resourcer Role
Source and engage creative & digital candidates across UK and European markets
Build and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals
Screen, shortlist, and manage candidates through interview and onboarding
Maintain accurate CRM/ATS records
