Recruitment Resourcer

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, ideally with exposure to the
Healthcare industry, to support our growing recruitment team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, compliance coordination, and providing high-level administrative support to ensure consultants can focus on candidate and client engagement.
You will play a key role in improving recruitment efficiency, streamlining processes, and ensuring a high-quality pipeline of talent.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Write, edit, and post job ads on multiple platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Use Seek Talent and other databases to proactively source and data-mine candidates.
• Pull recently updated profiles (1–2 hours per day) from Seek Talent based on key skills
• and locations.
• Build and maintain daily/weekly call lists for consultants.
