Recruitment Sourcer

Job Summary

The Sourcer will partner closely with U.S. Recruiters, the International Nursing team, and Philippine based Operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with IGH’s recruiting framework and shared values. This position will initially support these three primary areas recruiting on healthcare centered openings and is expected to evolve over time as the Philippine Delivery Center.
