 You become an expert on Linkedin Recruiter and build your network
 You build relationships with your stakeholders (hiring managers + recruiters) and are not afraid to challenge them and/or the job requirements
 You become a trusted advisor for the hiring managers and recruiters
 You are actively involved in the business touchpoints with the hiring managers
