Recruitment Sourcing Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To create a strong candidate pipeline, source candidates using range of search technique
• Post job vacancies internally, on job boards, social media and the company careers page.
• Join with the career fair or job fair.
• Screening candidates before endorsing to the the TA team.
• Work together with management to determine future employment requirements
• Ensure achieving hiring goals in monthly period and updating heads about recruitment reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Management and related fields.
• Atleast 6 months to 1 year experience
• Good communication and interview skills

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
