Summary of Duties and Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific Afni programs.

• Ensure a positive experience and actively engage with potential candidates through email, and phone calls to build relationships and gauge interest as Customer Service Representative.

• May provide tactical support in all kinds of sourcing channels/projects/ initiatives and may perform tasks assigned by the TA Sourcing Supervisor/ TA Sourcing Manager for the accomplishment of the channel's and/or department's objectives.

• Maintains databases and trackers pertinent to sourcing operations to monitor and analyze recruitment/sourcing operations.

• Reports status, effectiveness, and quality of specific sourcing channels. Develops and fosters close relationships with employees and operations.
