Recruitment Sourcing Manager

Position Purpose:

The Recruitment Sourcing Manager's primary function is to increase and produce significant applicant flow to exceed operational needs. Working collaboratively with Operations, this position will understand staffing needs and proactively find innovative methods of sourcing candidates. The position represents Afni favorably in the community and is the caretaker of the Afni brand. The incumbent is familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures, and relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Work is performed within broadly defined areas of regulations and procedures and may be reviewed and monitored by superiors or auditors.
