Recruitment Specialist

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 6 months of volume hiring experience in a BPO setting
• Has knowledge and understanding of Sourcing and Recruiting strategies, background check verification process, and facilitating new hire orientation
• Excellent communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
• Maintain an updated roster of candidates' information
• Monitoring and tracking pre-employment requirements
• Act as a resource of new employees' general questions
• Facilitate language assessments
• Conceptualize employee branding and recruitment strategies
• Send daily reports and weekly hiring data
