Recruitment Specialist

As Recruitment Specialist, you are responsible for candidate generation primarily through direct sourcing and research. You will work with a large pool of passive candidates, but there could be active candidates as well. You will works closely with Hiring Managers, to refine, grow, and follow strategies that provide a qualified candidate pool, you shall perform a variety of office duties as required by your immediate; you shall report directly to the HR Manager.
