Recruitment Specialist

Job Description

CEDA is looking for a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle and executing effective recruitment strategies with a focus on talent attraction, employer branding, and pipeline development. The successful candidate will also support and represent CEDA at career fairs and industry events.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their work and takes a hands‑on approach to supporting recruitment and talent initiatives. You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders while helping attract and engage top talent.
