General Purpose
Join the University’s central Human Resources Talent Acquisition team and contribute to the delivery of efficient, compliant, and high-quality academic recruitment and onboarding (hiring) services. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will support the hiring of Faculty, College Professors, Teaching Assistants, Sessionals, and Postdoctoral Scholars across eight colleges and three campuses. In collaboration with Human Resources and Faculty and Academic Staff Relations colleagues, you will serve as a trusted advisor to academic units, guiding recruitment and hiring activities in alignment with UGFA, CUPE 3913, and USW collective agreements as well as within University policies and frameworks.
