Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Helsinki, with flexibility for remote work. As a Recruitment Specialist, your main responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process, including:

• Proactively identifying and sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
• Building candidate pipelines and maintaining talent databases
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Coordinating with HR and supporting decision-making
• Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
